Wooden Wick Reviews

As everyone else on here has said, great product horrible customer service. On December 4th I placed a bulk order for the second time. Now my first order a month or so prior shipped early. I was very pleased, but not after this last one. I got the usual confirmation e-mail saying 3-7 business days processing time. Okay, whatever right? I placed my order with a few weeks left of wicks so I should be fine right? Ha! Wrong! So, on the 8th business day I e-mailed them. Waited the 24-48 hours for response time, and got that due to the holidays it would be an additional 1-3 business days. Okay... fine... we'll be cutting it close but whatever... I can deal... wrong. While my business was exploding I ended up running to hobby lobby and buying they're not so great and over priced wicks to cover what I needed to make for my own customers. So, on business day 10, I again e-mailed asking about my order. The response I got was that it was in queue to be fulfilled. Alright, again I'm stressing but still fairly calm because at least they're working on it right? Now, it's December 18th and I get an e-mail from the Wooden Wick Co. that it's the last day to place orders to receive them before Christmas. At this point I am enraged. This e-mail actually woke me up to start my day out just right. So, I e-mail a third time asking about my order, wait the 24-48 hours for a response to find out due to Covid my order can not be completed due to lack of stock. I flipped out. Are you kidding me? I placed the order on the 4th, it was then the 20th, to find out my order cant be fulfilled. But you took my money. They did return it, which took another 72 hours but I did get my money back. Fast forward to February 10th. The holidays are over, I have calmed down a bit, maybe they've been able to restock? I e-mail them explaining my past experience and how I have no intentions on wasting anyone's time here, including my own asking if the product they claim is available on their website is in stock. As a reminder February 10th was a Wednesday, in theory I should have gotten a response by February 12th which is a Friday since that would be the 48 hour mark. Well the lack of response and it now being Valentines Day is the reason why I am writing this review. Doesn't seem like anything has changed. Customer service is still awful. Response time is still terrible. After reading other people's experiences and knowing my own I guess I'll just order off Amazon again because I'd rather not have a couple hundred dollars in limbo for when ever they get around to fulfilling an order. Word from the wise, listen to all the bad reviews. You're first time ordering might be great, but it's all down hill after that.
Edit 2/15/2021: No where in my review says I would like my order to reship. NO WHERE. I will again lose my mind with this company if they charge my card. ESPECIALLY since they CLEARLY did not read my whole review! Holy $h!t. They have blown my mind in their lack of customer service. Please note WHAT MADE ME WRITE THIS REVIEW. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Edit 2/20/2021: I did get a response on 2/16 from this company saying they would send my last order free of charge. However I have not heard anything since. So, I guess we shall wait and see. On a side note, when I e-mailed them on Wednesday 2/10 I still have not heard back about my inventory question.
Edit 2/27: They really did send me my previous order for free. There was 0 communication about it being shipped out once they had said they would send it, but they did send it. For this reason I have changed my 1 star review to a 2 star. I may consider ordering again in the future just to see what happens.
Edit 5/19: Since this experience I have given them another shot because of what they did for me in February. I have received all of my orders in a timely manor which is appreciated. I changed my review to a 4 star because I still have trust issues with this shop because of last year. That's going to take this coming up holiday season to change.
